Eye on High

Nestled at the premium shopping district of High Street Armidale, Eye St engaged FormArch to create a stunning retail store fit for the finest eyewear designers from Paris, Milan, Tokyo and London. What entailed was a showcase of architectural indulgence with no expense spared. The warm interiors and natural materials selected created an inviting atmosphere which also provides the seamless backdrop for the eyewear display. An archway leads into the eye check and optometry clinic. A solid door leads to the kitchen and store room creating a clear delineation between front and back-of-house. The building footprint (and rent!) meant that every corner needed to utilised.
