Two story home

This house in Hawthorn required town planning design considerations to account for the street character and sightline conditions. We provided architectural services and completed drawings ready for tender and building permit. The works are expected to be completed by late-2023. We coined the project the 'two story home' to represent its past (existing building) and future (renovation and extension).
